纵向材料方向
与晶粒取向（晶粒伸长）方向平行的材料方向。对于棒材，该方向通常平行于原始未切割棒料的最长尺寸（即棒料从制造商处出厂时的原始状态）。当"纵向"一词用于此含义时，并不意味着它与谐振器振动方向有特定关系。
据报道，当变幅杆加工时使螺柱轴线平行于纵向材料方向，其疲劳性能更好。
Longitudinal material direction
The material direction that is parallel to the direction of grain orientation (grain elongation). For bar material, this direction is usually parallel to the longest dimension of the original uncut bar (i.e., as the bar originally came from the manufacturer). When the term "longitudinal" is used in this sense, it does not imply a specific relation to the direction of resonator vibration.
Horns are reported to have better fatigue properties when they are machined so that the stud axis is parallel to the longitudinal material direction.
