Loss

Wasted energy, i.e., energy that is not delivered to the load, but instead shows up as heat in the stack or stack support structures (e.g., the welding stand).

High loss may indicate a potential reliability problem (e.g., fatigue, galling, transducer deterioration, flexure, joint deterioration, etc.).
