塑料焊接
一种通过施加振动来连接两个塑料零件的工艺。振动使两个零件之间的界面处发生熔化。焊接后熔体凝固，两个零件即被连接在一起。
在超声焊接中，所施加的振动通常垂直于两个零件之间界面的平面。在低频率（120 Hz、240 Hz 等）下，常采用剪切焊接。
Plastic welding
A process of joining two plastic parts by applying vibration. The vibration causes melting at the interface between the two parts. When the melt solidifies after welding, the two parts are joined.
In ultrasonic welding, the applied vibration is usually perpendicular to the plane of the boundary between the two parts. At low frequencies (120 Hz, 240 Hz, etc.) shear welding is often used.
